How we ship and our return and exchange policies

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation.

You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pick-up or has shipped.

To help us accommodate your timeline, please provide your wedding date when placing an order. This allows us to prioritise and manage the timing of your order.

Please note that wait times can vary due to made-to-order items, pre-orders, or delays outside our control (e.g. postal or customs).

Return Policy

All made-to-order and sample sale wedding gowns are final sale, no exceptions.

Online

Online orders are final sale. We are happy to offer exchanges for full-price items within 7 business days of receipt, provided the product is in original condition with tags attached and packaging intact. A $30 flat fee applies to all exchanges to cover shipping and processing. Exchange requests after this period cannot be accepted unless delayed by postage. Contact us to request an exchange.

In-Store

All items purchased in our Atelier are final sale.

Made to Order

Made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless otherwise stated in the item description. This includes certain accessories such as designer veils and sleeves. If you have questions about an item's eligibility, check the item description or contact us.

Final Sale

Items marked on sale cannot be returned or exchanged (online or in-store). Earrings are final sale for hygienic reasons. All items purchased during sales, promotions, or with promotional codes are final sale.
